“There is a lot to say about this property. I will try to be comprehensive. The positives far out weigh the negatives. It is large and fairly modern. The views are stunning and the location is great for going to the beach. Prior to booking it i read all of the reviews. I found some of the same issues listed when I arrived. Before I go into them let me preface this by saying that I was able to fix almost all of them easily without having building maintenance get involved. For example the worst...

We were apparently some of the first guests due to the complete lack of amenities in the kitchen like salt, pepper, coffee filters, and cooking staples. We asked for a toaster and coffee maker which were quickly supplied. We were very disappointed that the pools were closed at 6PM.”

“Host was punctual and easily accessible when contacted prior to and end of stay. Apartment was exactly as advertised with modern appliances and furniture.
