“I checked in here three days ago and, being a pilgrim, the first thing I do is check under the sheets for bedbugs. For the first time on any of my Camino, I find them! I take pictures. I show them to the woman in the reception. She pretends as if she's surprised but it was crystal clear that she was lying. She then says she understand if I don't want to stay and that I should call hotels.com for a refund. She then refuses to reply or talk to hotels.com for three whole days and then claims...

“Oskar is the best. Super nice and very helpful. He shared about some of the highlights that we might like and we did. There are fruits and veggies stands just down the hill and a market with many different dining options. It’s an uphill climb but there’s an escalator coming up the hill that’s available. There’s a laundry mat that’s very clean just down the hill. Cleanest laundry mat I’ve ever seen/used. Highly recommend this place. ”

“Apartment exactly as pictured. No one on reception on arrival or at all during our stay, contact available by phone. We arrived early, rooms still being cleaned but advised to return after 3pm.Only information at property was a taxi number. No info regarding the area, maps, how to get to areas of interest. Kitchen facilities but Coffee machine would be useful as for 1 night stay people dont tend to purchase coffee & milk. Have use of private fridge & extra charge to use launndry facilities but...

“Really good hotel. Old building but excellent facilities and staff. Very good breakfast. Not many shops or restaurants nearby to walk to but plenty within 5 minute drive. Plenty of secure parking.”
