“Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....

“Beautiful view, very clean, and we were delighted to have all the monkeys to greet us upon our arrival out front thanks to Carlos tray of sliced bananas! Suggest new comfortable tv room furniture to comfortably seat large group instead of pieces of patio furniture. ”

“This was an awesome property. I went with my spouse and adult children(17-22) and their friends. Total of 8 people. The house was very clean and open. The pool was exceptional. The sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The best part was the caretakers(Arturo and Maribel). Arturo was up early to get the pool and backyard set up for us to enjoy for the day. Maribel cooked us an awesome dinner our last night there. They were so nice and helpful the entire time we were there. They almost felt like...

“Amazing place with lots of room and a beautiful beach. Would recommend. Just a few communication issues around checking in and internet instructions. If you have whatsapp text them in advance and it should be smoother with the language barrier.”

“Kjempefine leiligheter med tilgang til basseng og uteområde. Veldig greit med gratis parkering også. Besøkte Montezuma, Montezuma Waterfall og Baco Blanco naturreservat mens vi har der.”
