“We were underwhelmed with our stay. The property is in need of maintenance and/or upgrades to reach the price paid. Gardens are unattended to, parking is not secure, the bar/store across the street has people drinking and/or passed out on the benches. It was convenient to get ice though! To enter you walk through neighboring unit service area, because the front steps of the house have been bulldozed off by the road construction. It was all awkward. “We booked this house for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 small kids and it was perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone, and lots of extras were provided…beach chairs and mats,towels, and sand toys. There were goggles for the pool and sunscreen and mosquito prevention. It’s a bit tricky to get to, because it’s up pretty high, but the view is awesome. The host, Jens, was very responsive to any questions we had. We love the area of Ojochal/ Uvita so this was perfect.
