“We had a wonderful week in Sayulita and enjoyed coming home to this place after the day’s activities. We used the outdoor kitchen daily for our breakfast and the AC kept the room nice and cool. "Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional."
