“We stayed in the Family Selection with 2 other families. The staff was amazing, especially Moses who was very friendly and helped calm my son down when he tripped and fell on the morning we were leaving. We ended up upgrading to an ocean view suite as the first room we were assigned looked onto construction of a new building next door. The entertainment for the kids was great and the Family Selection pool and restaurant were perfect for families travelling with children. ”

The hotel is situated at the beach, but it is a lot of stones on this part of the beach. It's a short walk to a more sandy part of the beach. The small village, just 10min walk from the hotel, is also very calm and safe. This is the best part of this area if you don't love party and nightlife. "Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional."
