“We stayed here 5 nights 6 days, and everything was amazing. From the check in drinks to the staff being very nice and helpful. Restaurant food was to die for. (make sure you make reservations, or the staff can make it for you. Buffet restaurant has good selection as well. Rooms were very clean. Housekeepers did an as mazing job every day. We will definitely stay here again and recommended families with kids. The only bad thing I could say is the pool water warm...

“PROS: Our first-week-of-July stay was amazing and beautifully uncrowded. While the resort gets busy when North American temperatures dip, our 4-day trip was serene. We had excellent a la carte dinners at the Steakhouse, Kyoto, and Krystal, plus great breakfast and lunch buffets at the Peninsula. We never waited for a table. We did not try the pool dining or sports bar. We learned that during peak season, upgrading to an Elite Club (EC) rooms is highly recommended to replicate this "off-season"...

“Our second trip to Conrad was just as good as the first one two years. Helpful staff, fairly clean grounds, and a decent set of amenities. What continues to be a little annoying is the excessive prices for food and drinks, especially given the fairly limited options. Overall though a decent property.”
