“This is an amazing hotel! Very beatiful and clean hotel. The service is the best. Amazing food at the restaurant. It's a calm environment. The hotel is situated at the beach, but it is a lot of stones on this part of the beach. It's a short walk to a more sandy part of the beach. The small village, just 10min walk from the hotel, is also very calm and safe. This is the best part of this area if you don't love party and nightlife. "Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional."
