“I swear this house was the perfect mix of a peaceful sanctuary, but also right in the middle of town and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. You can access some of the best restaurants and boutique cocktail bars right outside of the door, but we were also able to retreat, hang out in the courtyard, and have a completely peaceful environment. This house was so beautifully decorated and you could tell the owners put a lot of love into creating the space. We’re already planning our next trip! ”

Pablo, our concierge was waiting when we arrived and assisted us with parking our huge rental Chev Suburban. Neither of the 2 garage spaces could fully accommodate this vehicle and we had to leave the garage gates open as the tail end stuck out. “We loved our first trip to Punta Mita! The villa was gorgeous and perfect for our family. The breakfast made by Rosa was delicious and the guacamole and margaritas when we got there was a special treat. While the location was not on the beach, we could walk to Sufi beach club and had a great dinner there. The golf cart also made it easy to get to our favorite beach clubs at Pacifico and Kupuri. We will definitely be back!”

“This property was amazing. The pool is perched on the side of a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Sunsets from the living room and pool deck are just spectacular. You can hear the waves from the primary suite all night long. Guest bedrooms were large and had nice attached bathrooms, but don't have much of a view.
