“Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that.”

“We loved X1 at Porta Fortuna. Views were magnificient, and location couldn't be better...basically next door to the Sufi Beach Club, which was by far our favorite of the different options at Punta Mita. Adriana and her team were extremely helpful, and Rosa cooked a wonderful breakfast each morning. We look forward to returning.”

“We were 3 generations with 6 kids 11 and under. Lots of space for everyone, great staff who looked after us well and cooked great meals that catered to everyone's tastes. The place is in a great location close to the beach, lots of restaurants (although we ate in most of the time). The place is very much designed for seamless inside/ outside living as advertized. Highly recommend for a family vacation.”

“Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). Pools very relaxing and not crowded at all. Property beautifully maintained. Cleaning staff wonderful. Property manager easily reached and provided us with whatever we needed in very timely manner. “Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. The house staff were unbelievable- 3 meals per day, gourmet, were cooked and cleaned up. The house was cleaned daily. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and clean. Our daughter arranged a special celebration dinner with the staff - they even decorated! This house was the perfect accommodation for our group - with 3 different pool options plus the beach below - it kept our kids entertained for hours and hours each day, literally. “House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. I would stay here again for sure.”

“Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles.”

“Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street.
