“Great central location. Easy walk to the cathedral and sites, shopping, eating. Super helpful staff. Nice recently remodeled bathroom. ”

“Room was clean and comfortable, food was lovely, the staff were brilliant and helpful. The only problem was the remote control for the tv didn't work and staff didn't seem to know how to fix it. While it's certainly not the most important thing we all know 99% of hotels have got TV's in them, it's standard these days so the staff should be trained in how to work or set up the remotes and there should always be spares. There should be a set of instructions near the reception or even in the rooms...

If I was to really, really 'nitpick' the WiFi signal was a little weak and I ended up reverting back to my mobile data, but everything else was brilliant and I'll definitely be booking here again if and when the opportunity arises. “All the staff were brilliant and super helpful. Restaurant was excellent for dinner and breakfast. Room was decent size, clean and quiet, with comfortable large bed. Swimming pool was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Bar was great too and again staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Restaurant was expensive but the food was amazing.”
