The area is beautiful with wonderful walks and very central. I would strongly recommend this accommodation and pub. ”

“Det bästa med att bo i England är alla dessa underbara pubar att bo på. Så mycket historia med en fantastisk charm. Väldigt mysigt rum, kaffemaskin på rummet. Restaurangen var väldigt mysig och maten fantastiskt god. All personal var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Bor gärna här fler gånger. Parkering fanns tillgänglig i närheten. ”

“This is my second time to this cute little place. It is very nice with high ambition, but there where a couple of things that can improve a lot. I booked 5 rooms (one booking with 4 named persons, and an additional booking with only my name) for one night for a party of 5. It was clear payments to be settled on site. Before I even left Sweden I got notifications from my bank that the hotel had charged 3 rooms from my account. I called the hotel and they were quite negligant about breaching...

“Lovely olde world pub-restaurant. Excellent food, both breakfasts and evening meals.This is a real heart of the community pub, with lots going on, including a Petanque match, when we were there. Check-in at the bar was easy. The service was very friendly and excellent throughout. A well stocked bar, including a local beer, 'Gem' by name and 'Gem' by nature. The en-suite double room was clean and comfortablebut you are better off relaxing in the bars downstairs, where there was two dining lounges...
