“After a communications issue I got the code and enjoyed our sunny happy space. Had a couple suggestions for owner who responded quickly. Frustrated with VRBO/Expedia for shirking responsibilities for fees and chose to blame owner. Poor customer service from the company but owner’s efficiency more than compensated for their failure.”

“Stayed here on a visit to Wigtown in late August 2026. Communication was great with multiple emails confirming reservation and instructions. Although there are no staff of duty the instructions on how to get the key were timely and detailed and we had no problems at all getting in and checking out, and we arrived late. “A lovely secluded resort, but only a short drive to the coast or local villages. The facilities inside and outside the accommodation were excellent. We made full use if the fire pit and hot tub. Everything you needed was inside the lodge. An excellent location for a break.”
