“We made a reservation at the Burgundy Inn for four adults in a room with two queen beds. We found a room smelling of tobacco smoke and one queen bed plus a sofa. When folding the sofa out it was totaly wrecked and without bedding. Of course we complained and the very helpful staff tried to fix it the best they could. However the sofa-bed was impossible to use as a bed and one of us almost fell thru the matress and after complaining again we got another room next door, though it also smelled...

“The staff is super friendly and housekeeping did an excellent job. The room was clean and the bathroom was well stocked. The shared balcony was cleaned every morning and there is plenty of seating. It would be nice to have a few lounge chairs, though. The ocean view is beautiful and we got to see the dolphins, and it’s right on the boardwalk, so it’s close to shopping and restaurants, but far enough down from the big crowds on the upper end, but still within walking distance. “Room was very clean and comfortable. It was great being able to bring my Rottweiler who spent most of the time napping on the beds. The area is great for walking around and easy beach access. ”
