“I booked because it looked beautiful in the photos, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a disheveled man in a torn shirt who looked like a homeless person; he turned out to be the receptionist. He gave us the key, and it turned out the bathroom was shared with other rooms—something not mentioned when I booked. We decided to leave and look for a place in better condition. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all. I lost my money. Very bad place. I wish can I have my money back.”

“It was a great value and a perfect place for a relatively large group like ours. The hostess was professional and courteous. The check-in process was smooth. I highly recommend this place if your group is relatively large. Ah! A large super market is just around the corner which is very convenient.”

“Laguna de Apoyo is truly a paradise location. Birds and sometimes monkeys and iguanas coming close.The next door hotel is not functioning, so the place is quite calm.Swimming in the Laguna is a incredible treat!Unfortunately 'La Giralda' really needs investment and renovation.The air conditioning is so noisy that it is impossible to use.
