“The property is exactly as pictured. Its cute comfortable and super cozy. It feels like a little rustic oasis. It was exacy what we were looking for a nice place to enjoy eachothers company have long nights of catching up and unwinding in the hot tub and sitting on the he front porch. Comfortable seating space to relax in the morning before we headed out for the day. We opted to spend our days in Ithaca just 30 minutes a way with all of the shops and restaurants you could ask for. “Very nice setting. House has a nice yard with seating, a fire pit, a nice dock with built in table and seating. Small area to get into water for swimming which our 4 year old granddaughter loved. The inside of the house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The front porch has all windows with lake views which we enjoyed at night watching a lightning show over the lake. “This is a beautiful property. Unbelievably serene, gorgeous lake view from the house. We were here in the winter; getting in and out of the place was a little scary in precipitation. The road from the ridge down to the lake is quite steep. The house itself is beautifully kept, a perfect layout, and we enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and fires in the fireplace. Highly recommended!”

“This is a perfect place for a reunion! We realized the house was a “party house” when we saw the 2 fridges in the boathouse room and the sound/surround with speakers everywhere. But the best thing about this house was the feeling of family. The family left nice old family things which added to the feeling of the place.All ages from a 2 year old to a 75 year old enjoyed the home. we could park 5 cars for the graduation party. Very nice. Dirty, funky smell

"I stayed for four nights and I do not recommend this hotel. The room and hotel was overall dirty and had a very funky smell that sticked to everything that was in the room. Further, the toilet clogged the first night and was not repaired until the third day (even though notice was given to the reception), entailing that I had to use the toilet in the reception for two days. When informing the reception the first time, they responded "it is common, try to flush". Also, I am pretty sure that I did not have fresh sheets in my rooms as I found several dark hairs in the bed (not my hair colour). I further tried to contact the hotel before my stay both via hotels.com and by a form on their website, but I did not receive any response. The breakfest was very poor. However, the wifi was good!"
