Miljövänliga hotell i Ixtapa - Zihuatanejo

“This is supposed to be a top rated resort in Ixtapa. We paid for the All-Inclusive and it was a disappointing. The resort only has 4 restaurants where you can have dinner and 3 of those are considered “specialty”. We were only allowed to dine once at each of the restaurants during our 7 day stay. The quality of the food overall was not good. And you couldn’t eat poolside, like what? Also, my bed was hard as a rock. They did put a topper on the mattress after I complained. The walk to the pool...

“A very nice and relaxing place to be for a couple of days. We got a fantastic room with a view and the much needed sun. We had a hugh open area between our two bedrooms where we can relax outdoor for much of the day. The only negative thing was that to get hot water from a shower, we need to let it run for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of resource. Other than that, I like the place a lot. Although it is expensive but we get a credit of USD150 a day which offset the price.”

“Falta más variedad en comida. Falta que extiendan el horario de la piscina ya que la cierran a las 7pm y sobre todo lo terrible es que hay personal que te insiste en comprar membresía te quitan tiempo y con mentiras te hacen caer y al final se portan groseros y despotas al decirles que no😡”
