“Ocean Maya is an absolutely beautiful resort. Every detail was excellent, from the staff, the food, and the entertainment, they had everything we were looking for. The rooms and grounds were so well maintained, the bars were efficient and incredibly well staffed (shout out el Tigre), and the food was amazing in every single restaurant! Overall this is one of the best resorts I’ve ever visited and you can get there on a budget. Only thing I wish was that we had more time there! 10/10 stay! ”

“Where to even begin about this property. We started our stay for four days and then went to go to Cozumel to dive. Our original plan was to go to Tulum after but we loved the Fairmont experience so much that we decided to come back after three days in Cozumel. In total we were at the Fairmont for ten days and I could of stayed for another month. First and foremost, the property. It is UNREAL, it is perfect for any sort of getaway. "Nice place, easy to arrive Clean, with all you need in your room, they also have an easy check in, in some mini you are inside from the airport, you walk from a bridge and you are there. You get some cleaning items, for instance if you forgot your teeth brush or others. We use the baby crib and was a safe mattress and big enough. Not so much to improve, except for the personal in the breakfast area in our floor, looks like they are angry if you ask for something, apart of that all the rest of the staff are so kind and eager to help you. "
