“Very nice accommodations. Friendly staff. Bring a translator app if you do not speak Spanish. Currently they do not exchange US$ for pesos, pay with card for best exchange rate. They will set rate at 14pesos/$ when paying cash with us$. 3 great pools. We had 3 nights in upgraded restaurants with our package. Tips are appreciated. “Stayed 4 nights with my wife and two kids. This hotel is the best in Ixtapa for kids as it is enclosed, has several good pools and lots of kids activities and nanny service. Its next to the beach but a few km out from actual Ixtapa.”

“A very nice and relaxing place to be for a couple of days. We got a fantastic room with a view and the much needed sun. We had a hugh open area between our two bedrooms where we can relax outdoor for much of the day. The only negative thing was that to get hot water from a shower, we need to let it run for at least 5 minutes which is a waste of resource. Other than that, I like the place a lot. Although it is expensive but we get a credit of USD150 a day which offset the price.”

The staff were amazing at keeping the place incredibly clean as well as making delicious breakfast every morning. We hope to stay here again in the future.”
