âI made a suggestion on my last stay and this trip,they had made the change. Happy to see that.
The staff was courteous and always aknoelwdged us when we came in and out. The man handling the breakfast was courteous and said hello to us and kept everything clean and stocked. Front desk was helpful as we needed an itwm and the staff member searched for it and found it. We needed a late checkout and they were able to accommodate.
Its convenient to UAH (less than 5 min).â

âEverything was perfect except the initial check in. I travel a LOT for work and had saved rewards to pay for hotels while traveling to vacation destination. Upon checking the gentleman told me to slide my card to pay and when I told him it was already paid for he wasnât having it nor did he want to look into it when I was trying to explain. Thankfully the young lady sitting there took over and showed him how to process. â
