“The house was clean and the beds comfortable. It was located near restaurants and shopping. It was definitely a good price for the house and location. I would recommend adding a wine opener to the kitchen. Otherwise, everything was excellent! Thank you for a great stay. ”

“This rental was clean and fairly spacious for the price. We appreciated having a low-key place to sleep overnight and have easy breakfast, etc. since we were participating in a nearby conference. The main challenge we had was with the photos and actual space not really lining up well. The dishwasher was broken and throughout the home we could spot a number of quick repairs such as odd lightbulbs in fixtures, extra holes in walls, quick patch and paint jobs, and very dated carpet. It was near everything that we need. Food, fun and just far enough away not to get caught up in all the traffic. I will be back and look forward to another stay here later this year. “House was as advertised! The outside could use some curb appeal, grass needs to be cut! The home was a little older than the pictures convey but it was spacious and clean! Having access to a garage was a great bonus! Host was prompt with responses and communication was easy!”

“This property is just as pictured. We did have some glitches once we arrived and checked in. We contacted the owner while there and he was very helpful. He's also working on a few other things that we encountered. I have no doubt that he'll have them corrected. This is a really neat property! It's spacious and comfortable.
