“This was my family's 2nd Vrbo experience and by far the best! We stayed here during our visit to Point Pleasant and Mothman Museum. Vrbo properties on the W. Virginia did not offer the amenties our family sought. Runaway Retreat was a slice of peace and quiet! The deck/porch brought the outdoors to us. The spacious family room provided individual lounging space during family time. Everything we needed was there! Thanks!”

When I mentioned to her about an issue with the upstairs shower, she came over with her son and fixed it immediately to make our stay comfortable. Exceeded our expectations. The same issue was mentioned to the management company Evolve about 3 days earlier and they did nothing about it while assuring me that it was resolved. It was quite disappointing...

“The house was beautiful and clean inside. There were several broken items in the house that should have been repaired. (Completely detached faucet handle on the kitchen sink that was just set on the screw, but not actually attached. An armchair that was detached from It’s bass but set on top of it so it looked safe to sit in but wasn’t.
