Spacious condo close to the beach

The condo is wonderful - the couches and beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. About a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for us! We had 3 couples and the 3 bedrooms with their en suite baths were the exactly what we needed. The home was super clean and well cared for. We loved the back patio area! Watching the birds at the feeder and bath while enjoying morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail was awesome! It was our little slice of heaven for the week. We'd definitely stay here again (and hope to!)

Relaxing in Amelia Island

The location was extremely comfortable and clean. Close to everything you would like for a relaxing long weekend, or entire week if lucky enough. Evenings were quiet, and days had plenty of close by activities. Highly recommended location to stay.

Wonderful Home

Best home I have stayed in. Clean, Very comfortable beds, stocked well, convenient to activities for kids, 3 minute walk to beach, groceries store very close. Minor wish: pool had trees trimmed for more sun.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The location within the resort was my favorite. We were <5 min walk to the Nature Center (which my 2.5 year old daughter had us visit 3x a day) and the playground. The beach and pool were very close. We also were able to enjoy two of the restaurants on site, Marche Burette and Falcon’s Nest, which were very good.

Marci & Danielle were great helping us as needed! The room was spacious enough to get ready for the wedding and yet relax, and all be together. The backyard was so beautiful - our photographers took a lot of pictures there and they turned out great! Choosing this condo for our wedding stay was the best decision ever! We absolutely loved it!

Came to this condo for a girls work retreat. Everyone was comfortable and the place was super clean and well equipped. It was so relaxing considering we were working. Convenient to beach, hotel, shops and grocery. I plan to come back soon with my family. Thank you!

Our stay at Amelia Island Beachwood Villa was incredibly special and full of memories. We rented the exact villa my father purchased in the early 1970s, where I spent so many of my summer vacations growing up, so being able to return and share that experience with my own family was truly priceless. Walking back into a place filled with so many cherished memories made this trip extra meaningful.Beyond the nostalgia, the villa itself was wonderful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, trails, and shops, making everything easy and convenient. One of my favorite touches was the bird bath and bird feeder. As an avid birdwatcher, I absolutely loved sitting and watching the activity each day. It added such a peaceful, personal element to our stay. The village also had every thing you needed to make meals, coffee, and all the appliances including iron and ironing board, hair dryers and curling irons. It is beautifully decorated. The combination of beautiful surroundings, convenience, nature, and treasured family memories made this trip unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope to return again.

Absolutely perfect!

This rental was more than we could have asked for. It was in a great location with a short walk to the beach in a gated serene resort community. Everything was so clean and the beds were amazing. This is the only vacation I have ever been on that I was able to get quality sleep away from my home. Check in/out was so easy and efficient. The owners really thought of everything we could need (beach chairs, maps, activity recommendations, local menus, etc.) Our special welcome gift was so nice and thoughtful. We will be staying here again!
