Amelia Island Plantation Spectacular Ocean Front

Ingen bÀttre utsikt över Amelia Island Plantation ligger i Beach Walker-samhÀllet. Denna villa har utsikt över Beach Walker-poolen och havet. Beach Walker-poolen har nyligen totalrenoverats och Àr nu uppvÀrmd och Àr helt underbar. Villan har italienska kakelgolv i hela. VÀggfÀrgerna Àr varma och rika och tÀckta med original, dekorativ, fotografering och konstverk av vÀlkÀnda konstnÀrer, inklusive Clyde Butcher, Carl Brenders och Steve Johnson.

Sovrummen pÄ baksidan har vardera en privat balkong med utsikt över öns trÀdtoppar och floden Amelia och har en underbar utsikt över solnedgÄngen. Ett sovrum har en king size-sÀng och det andra har tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Dessa sovrum har ett gemensamt badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, privat badrum och har en vacker utsikt över havet.

Köket har totalrenoverats. Den Àr öppen och rymlig och har alla helt nya Frigidaire-apparater, inklusive kylskÄp sida vid sida och konvektionsugn med platt toppklass. Havet kan ses frÄn kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Det finns en balkong med utsikt över poolen och havet utanför vardagsomrÄdet.

Du och din familj kommer att njuta av öns lugna, avslappnade atmosfÀr, men ÀndÄ ha all mat, golf och underhÄllningsfaciliteter.

The drive to the condo was breathtaking
large tree canopies covering the roads, beautiful landscapes! The complex was beautiful! Plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the layout of the condo
really unique and fun! Comfortable beds and living room furniture! The balcony over looks the lush trees and the beach beyond that! The boardwalk to get over to the beach was beautiful to walk on

we saw so many tortoises and rabbits! The pool was gorgeous

Wonderful location, communication with owner, and unit! It was extremely well stocked with household and beach items. No need to bring chairs, toys, boards, or towels. We loved having the adult bikes, and biked over to the playground, putt putt, nature center and shops several times. The only "FYI" I would give is that the pool and main beach is not stroller / cart friendly. A lot of stairs. However, there is a side access to the beach that we used which was fine, but if you have several babies or other people with mobility issues, that just might be good to know. However, that was a small issue and even with a special needs child and 4 small children, we would gladly return!!!

The property although older appeared clean through out.The views were awesome. But once we started to settle in there were some issues. A/C condensation pipe was clogged ( an issue the owner was aware of possibility) He asked that we bail the accumulation of rusty water from the overflow pan- 5 gal worth! To get the A/C to come on. Opening a kitchen cabinet I saw a roach and saw several more over the course of my stay. The dining room seat cushions were badly stained. There was sour smell on sheets and towels in both king rooms - had to re- wash before bedtime. TV remote batteries had to be replaced. Microwave only worked part of the time. Shower faucet needed adjustment to make it work. I reached out to the owner after I got home and asked for a refund for 1 nights stay and after 72 hours have not heard from him. We had a great vacation. The property itself was nicely decorated and had plenty of space for our party of 6. The beach equipment and bikes served us well. The balcony view was beautiful and caught the ocean breezes. The access to the beach was easy and the pool was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property and a vacation on Amelia Island.

We had a great time at this location. We had stayed at ship watch and sand castle previously and this was the best location. Closest to beach and nice pool. The room were nicely furnished and beds very comfortable.

We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children. The unit was lovely - nicely furnished and decorated - a true home away from home. The 3 levels of the unit and the 3 balconies gave everyone in our group an ability to be together but to also have privacy. The kids loved the freedom of being able to walk to the pool and the beach. The beach was incredible and the boardwalk gave the kids a chance to see rabbits and turtles. We brough childrens bikes with us and they were well used on the bike trails throughout the complex. We all had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

The condo is located on the south end of the island therefore it is quiet, little traffic and we had the beach basically to ourselves. The timing was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time without the hassle of crowds.

The Villa was just as advertised. We have stayed at the Omni many times over the years, and this was our first time in this set of villas. Location to the pool and ocean couldn't be better! The Villa was well appointed and perfect for what our family of 6 needed. James was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

The condo was wonderful. Just like it was pictured and our VRBO host James was also wonderful. Contacted us ahead of our arrival. Provided info on golf courses and restaurants. The place was wonderful ! Balconies were perfect for sitting & chatting & watching the sunrise and sunset. We will book from him again. Thank you James.

We have two grandchildren 9 & 7. We love it here --- great location --- bedrooms are set up perfectly for our family. Extra boogie boards and chairs were great. Kitchen all set up with everything you need. Pool is fantastic and beautiful --- beach and waves were great too. We will be back I am sure of it!!! Thanks, James!

Everything we needed was right there
 property gorgeous and peaceful. The first night the AC wasn’t working and James immediately was on it. Very appreciated. Kitchen well stocked.. beds very comfortable and clean. Easy check in and out instructions. And what a gorgeous view!!

We had an issue upon arrival that James was quick to respond and get fixed.James was great to work with and very responsive. The condo was nice and as advertised. The location was ideal as was close to the pool and short boardwalk to the beach. The ocean views from the condo unit were amazing. My husband and boys were excited to see the huge tv upon arrival for watching the ga football game. The only downside being lack of parking. We had 2 cars with 2 designated drivers for gate check in. The unit had one guaranteed covered spot and found out later any others are a free for all. My husband was less than happy to miss first part of ga game as he had to drive around for 30 minutes one night looking for a spot to open up. Cars were parked in the roadway and making spots that weren’t meant for parking so parking wasn’t monitored. Overall great unit, awesome location, and we had a wonderful stay. Julie

This is a 4 level condo and anyone with mobility issues should not book this property. This information is not in the owner provided description. The "back bedrooms" are actually on a lower level and the master is on a level even lower. There is not bathroom on the main living level. The condo isn't cleaned well and they even have a note on the refrigerator saying they don't deep clean between renters. There is mold and dust everywhere and I even had an empty water bottle left in one of the bedrooms. I questioned the owner about the lack of multi-level description and he told me I hadn't let him know I had a person traveling with me with mobility issues and one of the 26 photos showed a tiny bit of stairs in the right side of the image. I had not noticed that. The view is lovely but the condo was not cleaned to my satisfaction or what I am used to as a frequent VRBO user and I definitely was disappointed with all the levels. I travel with my 86 yr old Aunt and it was a struggle to get her up and down the stairs. I only needed an acknowledgement from the owner that he needs to edit his description of the unit to include this information and basically he told me it was my fault because I didn't ask. Lesson learned, I will ask her forward but I will not be returning to this unit.

Beautiful condo with an excellent view. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Beach chairs and two bikes were available for our use. James was very attentive to any issues or questions we had about the condo and the surrounding area. Our family had a great and relaxing time.
