Vacy Relaxing

Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. don't use the ice maker the ice taste very chlorine, The curtains at the balcony are messed up and not working well. The view was very nice and relaxing, us three ladies enjoyed our stay very much.

Overall it was Okay. But I will say that the furniture needs to be updated the wicker sofa was so uncomfortable and the recliners really don’t recline properly. The king size bed needs to be replaced as well. A lot of big dips in the mattress where it’s been worn down. But a great response on the plumbing issue the shower had and it was resolved. And another thing as you would walk in the door there was a sour/ moldy smell. Not sure where it was coming from.

Girls Trip Getaway!

Great beach, the condo was ok but the furniture is definitely dated. No alarm clock, paper thin bed sheet. Parking permit was missing but after a call it was delivered to us.

Amelia Beach Visit

Overall- the location is great. We love staying on the beach and quick accessibility to pool and beach is top priority. This was our first stay at this condo and overall it was clean with great beach views. The only feedback to share is the carpet should go and the furniture and rugs were dated. I would also recommend they put in door hooks for additional places to hang towels and bathing suits. For the price and location, we would definitely return. The rental company stayed in contact and we appreciated their willingness to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend.

Aweful odor

Smell of condo was of rotting fish. We were unable to get rid of odor while there. Vrbo reply was to open a window. It was imbarrasing for family members to come visit. All other 4 condos they were in was very updated and nice and smelled good on the same property. Our furniture was broken and dated and hard to sit on. Dining table was so low to the ground. A positive note is great view and updated bathroom. Carpet should go for sure. No refunds or reimbursements were offered even though multiple products were purchased to help tolerate the odor. F6 was our condo. I am actually crying on way home due to my grand kids would not come and see me due to the smell.

Great short stay.

The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had a million dollar view. We were very pleased with everything. The only problem was the elevator. Only one worked for the entire visit. Really inconvenient, as it is a large property and we were on the sixth floor. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.
