The open concept ground floor has spacious living room, dinning room, kitchen and half bath. The fully equipped kitchen has high quality appliances and All-Clad cookware. The second floor has the three bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms. The rental includes a lovely pool and 2 parking spaces.
The home undergoes rigorous cleaning before guests arrive that is above and beyond CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines.
We have a single 55 inch Samsung smart TV in the living area which looks like a painting in sleep mode, as shown in our photos. Otherwise, our high speed Wifi is set up to reach every room, and you can use your personal laptops and other devices that you may bring to access streaming services.
We currently subscribe to and make available Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+, and various free channels. You can otherwise connect to your own streaming services.
We allow 2 dogs, but no other pets, with the payment of a $15 per night for each dog.
We have a 7 day minimum. Check-in and check-out during the high season of June, July, and August is only on Saturdays.
Our open concept living room and kitchen has sweeping views of the ocean and, as you can see from the photos, we have eliminated curtains as an interior design statement emphasizing completely unobstructed views. Should you wish, our storm shutters can be partially or fully lowered and raised with the push of a button. On the second floor we provide curtains to help manage the light, and for privacy.
