  • minutes away. This fully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo sits in the Fisherman's Cove neighborhood of Sawgrass Country Club, positioned on the 5th green of the East Golf Course. Sorry, no pets.

    The open-concept layout connects the main living area to a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a tile backsplash, Bosch appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a prep island for group meals. A dining table seats everyone comfortably, and central air conditioning, an indoor fireplace, and ceiling fans keep the space comfortable year-round.

    Sleeping arrangements
    The primary suite offers a king bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom also features a king bed with its own private bath and walk-in shower. The third bedroom suits families, with two sets of twin bunk beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

    Each of the three full baths includes its own shower or tub configuration, plus a hair dryer for convenience.

    Outdoor space
    Step onto the screened lanai for lounging or dining while overlooking the 5th green and surrounding landscaping. A patio/balcony area adds further outdoor space to unwind after a day at the beach or on the course.

    Set within the gated Sawgrass Country Club, the condo offers a quiet setting close to both the golf course and the beach, with a community pool available all year for guests to enjoy.

    The home includes a washer and dryer, dedicated workspace with wifi, cable TV, a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, and refrigerator, plus free parking with 2 spaces on premises. Self check-in is available via keypad.

Great Stay in Ponte Vedra

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best place to recover after and operation or just to chill and be at peace. The house is beautiful, ample, comfortable and has everything you need. Located in a beautiful place, so close and accesible to the beach, restaurants, markets, and stores. Easy to get to, park, and just come and go. All was in working order, clean, and well mantained. The rooms and living rooms were really comfortable, the porch is amazing at sunsets, the kitchen and dinning area were easy to clean and move around, the mini bar if used is a great plus, the bathrooms were great in size, and the decoration was really homey.The Club is beautiful and surrounded by nature and green, a great place to walk and just be outside and enjoy the well kept grounds. All in all, top recomendation to stay at.

The pictures were as advertised and the condo was in great shape. The showers in both large bedrooms were amazing with plenty of hot water. We loved that it was first floor living and very few steps to gain entrance. The scenery around the condo was beautiful with golf viewsIt was easy to walk around and see other beautiful developments in this communityWe were very close to shopping and many very good restaurants The fact that it had live TV and streaming was a very nice plus. Comfortable furniture, plenty of parking, and nice appliances along with an Ecobee to regulate the heat and air made our stay very enjoyable and comfortable. Kim from Suncastle was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay in this condo in the future.

Fisherman’s Cove-Fabulous condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect condo. We have rented for 3 years. Fully equipped with everything you need. Wonderful showers with plenty of hot water. Short walk to the pool. A longer, but very pretty walk to a beautiful and lightly populated beach. Perfect configuration with 2 king beds and a bunk room. Neighborhood is extremely friendly. Close to Publix and a wide variety of great restaurants. Beautiful view from the patio. Large dining area and comfortable seating area with a large tv. Internet works very well and they even have a printer you can connect to. Management company is delightful to work with and any property issues immediately resolved. Cannot say enough good things about FC-59 and Suncastle Properties.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here 3 times and love the location. We hope to continue to stay here. We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness. Think it should have had a deep cleaning prior to our stay, as the renters before us were there for 6 months. Simple stuff that could have been done. Hope that is done prior to our stay in '25.
