The location to the beach is great and the owners were very communicative and accommodating. The space doesnt really sleep 6, more like 5, as there is no way the pull out sofa could have fit 2 people. The walls are a little thin and you can hear most of the activity going on in the neighboring units but despite that we had a very nice stay. The owners did their best and responded quickly if noise became an issue. I would recommend it.

Short notice stay - Easter

My wife and I made a last minute decision to visit our son for Easter and this was a perfect choice for us. Great location to the beach and the owners were very communicative.

Great location

Place was adequate for our quick 3 night stay to attend PGA event. Building is a bit old and tired. Owners are very communicative and responsive..great hosts. Close to everything we were doing. It’s close to 3rd St which is a major thoroughfare, so kind of loud day and night. Could definitely hear neighbors coming in and out. Off street covered parking. Not enough indoor soft seating for our party of 4.WiFi was good, Roku TVs (limited programming). Couldn’t get fans to work in the bedrooms, but A/C was fine. Could use a few more towels to support 4 adults. Appropriately appointed kitchen for a brief stay.

Comfortable, met our needs

Simple but comfortable condo; we had good space for 5 people with one person on the sleep sofa. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were fairly spacious. Had a couple of hiccups—the icemaker in the fridge did not function, and the main TV in the living room would not work—with the holiday weekend the owner was unable to get a replacement TV delivered or set up despite his best efforts. Parking was snug but convenient, and we liked having the covered spaces under the building. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location for beach access. Older property

Location was what we expected a block from the beach. The unit was old one bathroom was older than the other. The flooring was coming up in parts and was dirty. The pictures on the website were deceiving and we were disappointed in general on the overall condition
