Everything was great. There are definitely some updates that needs to be done with the locks on front door and some painting here and there but overall it was a great place and great area.

Loved this place. Very quite area. Convenient location right on the beach . Does not have a beach view which was fine because right over the sand dune and you're on the water Whole place was gated which I love because of having a toddler. Room was was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here out next trip to Jax beach.

Nothing beats the proximity to the beautiful Neptune and Jacksonville beaches! This property was clean and convenient for 3 people. Though the one bathroom is very small, we managed with no complaints because the price was right!! Close to all amenities. BONUS: washer and dryer in the condo!!

Location was great for stay in close proximity to Mayo Clinic. I liked having a secure location with gated entrance to condo. The beach was very close although no view from our unit. The unit was within walking distance to many resturaunts and shops. The air conditioner in the unit did not work well to cool the unit even though there were 3 separate coolers. The vents also would shoot out black material on the kitchen counter and this did concern me. The renatal company stated this was indicitive of the vents needing cleaning that should have been done before this occured.

Close to beach, shops & restaurants

Enjoyed the short walk to beach to watch sunrise nearly every day & daily beach walks.I really liked the fact that parking was private just for that condo complex and that it was gated! The condo is an older building but this condo was well kept & well furnished.

JEM BY THE BEACH!

Great little condo by the beach. Easy access to beach and pool. Eating places easily walkable. We really enjoyed our stay. The only negative we had was that the bathroom is inside the one bedroom. Those that sleep on the sofa bed don't have access to bathroom at night. Would come again though!

Cute place perfect for a beach getaway. We did think it was on the beach directly, however, we did look at many properties. Communication was easy with management company and smooth check in and check out. Steps to the beach very nice. The front door does need repair as it lets light and shakes throughtout the night as if someone is breaking into the place. Simple fix I am sure. Overall - cute quaint stay

Nice location. Beware of the difference between ocean front property and ocean view property.

Walking distance to restaurants. Site pictures lead you to believe that it is an ocean view property. That is not accurate.

Family Vacation

From the pictures lead me to believe the unit faced towards the ocean. Other than that great location and ease of access to the beach and other local attractions.

Great place and location

Close to everything especially the beach! My only thing was it was listed at beach front and it was not. Now it was on the same side as the beach and was extremely easy to access! Less than 2 minutes to get to the sand. I would stay here again!

Visit family

We enjoyed our stay. The place was equipped with most everything you need to cook. Clean, other than the mildew smell. Should do more about that, because its a great place otherwise. Close to everything. We didn't care for the construction right nextdoor, but we get it,given the season.

Overall my experience was positive. It was very clean, however, I did find 3 roaches but that was due to the weatherstripping around the front door that needed replacing. I think that is to be expected in Florida though. I did bring it to the owners attention. The location was perfect. The pool was nice. I liked that it was gated entry. I would not be opposed to staying here again.

Great place. Clean and comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was behind the units shown in the picture, so no view. With that said for the price it was a great spot.steps to the beach, well appointed kitchen, comfy bedroom and sitting room. Keven was very responsive to any questions- a real professional (and nice guy). We had a lovely stay despite the somewhat foul weather.
