Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if stairs may be difficult. We will do our best to notify guests in advance of any scheduled maintenance or known elevator outages. Refunds, relocations, or date changes will not be offered due to elevator outages.

To ensure gear is ready for your first day, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM the day before your arrival. Orders placed after this cutoff cannot be guaranteed for next-day delivery, and same-day delivery is not available.
