  • Easy access to ALL the fun from this perfectly located home base on Amelia Island! With three bedrooms and two full baths, spacious living/dining area, outdoor shower and fire pit, it’s easy to relax while soaking up the sun and experiencing all the island has to offer! Only one mile from the oceanfront and two miles from the historic downtown, this recently renovated vacation home is in the right spot for anything you want to do or see while you visit the “hidden gem” that is Amelia Island!

    Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Garage access for washer and dryer, and to park bikes, a golf cart, or one vehicle. If you fly into JAX, you can easily rent a car there. Local rentals for beach cruiser bicycles or golf carts can be delivered to the home. (You can drive a golf cart on almost every road on the island.) Uber/Lyft and local taxi services are also available. Safety cameras are at all exits.

    There is so much to see and do on the island- you won’t want to leave! Besides the amazing, clean beaches, there is the Palace Saloon - the oldest pub in Florida - and many other local establishments featuring live music and adult beverages. Several wonderful golf courses, five state parks, a Civil War-era fort, Egen’s Creek Greenway Park (walking distance from the house), absolutely amazing restaurants, several breweries, ice cream parlors, antique stores, art galleries….the list goes on and on. Definitely something for everyone in Fernandina Beach!

    Super helpful and communicative host!!! With two toddlers and a preteen in tow, we had everything we needed for our stay and more…we wanted to stay longer because the house and the area were so nice!

    We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen was well stocked and the layout of the house made it so that nobody felt crammed. There’s 2 bathrooms (even though the listing says 1!) Beds were super comfy and the house was so clean! Planning to stay here again for our next visit to Amelia island!

    One of the best kept secrets in around Amelia Island. We were there for the auction at Goodings and I was impressed at how clean quiet and how close everything was to the home. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

    The interior of the house was impeccably clean.There was plenty of initial supplies and the layout of the house was extremely comfortable.Loved walking in and hearing soft light music playing.Bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty roomy.Neighborhood was very quiet and the location was very close to downtown.

    Great location!

    We loved being in the middle of the Island, close to downtown and just a short drive to the beach. The home is lovely and well appointed with all we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing quiet stay!

    Great location and so comfortable!

    Your island vibe home was a great location for us, close to the Greenway for biking, close to Publix & Walgreen’s, Story and Song, and not far from downtown restaurants. Your home is very comfortable and relaxing. We would stay here again.

    Wonderful property!

    House was awesome. Was obviously recently renovated (love the bathrooma especially) and super clean. We enjoyed having the space to spread out and would definitely stay again!

    Relaxing Cottage

    Great cottage near everything…..beach, dining, touring and shopping. Couldn’t have asked anything more (except if owners could have changed the weather). Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cute, comfortable place to enjoy Fernandina Beach.

    A month stay in a great location

    Perfect location, close to the beach, shopping and food areas. The inside of the house was remodeled, perfectly clean and had everything you needed to live in it for a month. The neighbors made us feel right at home and Cheryl was a very attentive host and made sure we were able to find the house and access everything to enjoy our stay.

    Relaxing Getaway!

    This beautiful home was peaceful and supplied with all the necessities. It was very close to the beach as well as downtown AI. Communication was great, and the neighbors were very thoughtful as well. We had a great vacation!

    An absolute Gem!

    Gorgeous, stunning remodeled home, every detail is amazing inside! Just a quick two turns and you are at the beach, few minutes and you are strolling around the coolest downtown Marina area. Trees drape over the neighborhood, absolutely beautiful, feels like you are in another time.

    House was immaculate, well stocked and better than advertised. The only request for future stays is to be provided with some instructions on using the Xfininty TV controls. This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had.

    The property was just as described. Close to everything on the island. And the neighborhood was SO QUIET that we were able to rest and relax without ANY problem, 24/7. Back yard was huge and the house had everything we needed for a great getaway! Highly recommend it!

    Amelia Island Getaway

    Our family had a blast during our stay here. The house was clean and well-stocked. Cheryl was very responsive. Amelia Island was beautiful and offered so many fun things for our family to do. We took a river cruise and learned so much about this amazing area. Seeing dolphins at the beach and wild horses on Cumberland Island will be a memories we share forever!

    Great Stay!

    What a beautiful home!! I would recommend to anyone visiting Amelia Island. The home is a short distance from the beach and the historic downtown. They did a great job remodeling the home and there is plants of space and a fully functional kitchen with more than you need!! Cheryl was lovely to work with!! Stay here!!!!
