  • Welcome to “Beach Daze”…Relax and be mesmerized by the gorgeous oceanfront views from this recently updated and freshly painted fifth floor condo while listening to the melodious sounds of waves crashing and the smell of the salt air!

    Relax and enjoy the amazing upper floor views of the ocean, spacious oceanfront pool, the white sandy beaches of Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island and the fishing pier from the oceanfront balcony!

    This wonderfully furnished condo features two beautifully appointed bedrooms. The oceanside master bedroom suite boasts breathtaking ocean views and hosts a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens for comfort and a mounted flat screen Smart tv with an enlarged master bathroom en suite, double vanity sinks and extra storage area.

    The second bedroom has two double beds for the children or other guests. There is also a mounted flat screen Smart tv and ample storage space for your vacation items as well.

    This beautiful condo boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, and living room! The living room is newly furnished with ample seating AND a pullout Queen sofa as well as a Smart tv for all your streaming or cable needs!

    The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything needed for either a quick meal prep or a full course meal. The dining/breakfast bar area is set up with a newly furnished bar height dining table with seating for six and a bar height bench which will seat two comfortably for that casual meal after a beautiful day at the beach!

    A stackable washer/dryer is located in the entryway hall for guest use which makes traveling and packing much easier!

    At “Beach Daze”, we want our guests to relax and not stress about the “little things”, so we provide plush bath and beach towels, starter toiletry items of soap and shampoo/conditioner for guest use as well as basic cleaning supplies.

    Whether you choose to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and pool area, make use of the grilling/picnic area, or play some tennis…we look forward to you making years of memories at our “Beach Daze” condo at Amelia by the Sea!

View was great! Cleanliness was good and kitchen & living area was good. Bathrooms & balcony (old sliding doors) could use an update but my biggest issue was the 2nd bedroom. My husband and I slept in there and the mattresses/boxsprings are definitely in need of replacement.

Nice to finally have a rental with adequate kitchen wares. Unit is ocean front with large pier for fishing or enjoying the sunrise. Unit is dated but well kept generally. Would stay again.

Overall, this was a good unit especially if you are looking for a 2/2. The beds were really comfortable and the unit and balcony were a good size. We had two adults and two kids and had plenty of room. The kitchen stock with pans and plates, etc was good. Plenty of towels. And lots of beach stuff from towels to boogie boards to chairs....that was great! The beach was really close, as was the pier just like in the pictures. And the pool was really good as well. It's also in a great location, just a couple of miles from grocery and good restaurants.The biggest negative was the water pressure, especially in the master shower. It could be something as simple as needing a new head, but it was really bad. The unit has the normal wear and tear you would expect by the beach, but maybe needs a little TLC on the vents and ductwork.

Amy was the perfect host, prompt communication and clear instructions. We had a small family reunion lunch and it was the perfect place to host with unparalleled views and ample seating.Harris Teeter is a dream market and only two miles away.The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. I would recommend bringing your own kitchen knife if you are a cook. I usually do but forgot this time.We did the Cumberland Island scenic boat tour with Amelia River Cruises and it was excellent. Lunch before at the Salty Pelican was wonderful.Highly recommend!

Full ocean view

The condo was in a great location with easy access to the beach and wonderful ocean views. The building is old but well maintained and everything worked perfectly. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for a week at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great views and a great location!

The condo was very clean and well furnished, even better than any other I have stayed! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is well stocked with needed pots, pans dishes, glasses, etc. come and enjoy!!

Very nice, comfortable beds and furniture. Only one suggestion the unit needs at least one casserole dish. I would rent again.

Needs a remodel

This property is located right on the beach and the view from the unit is wonderful, however, the condo is worn and dated. It could use a kitchen remodel and the bathrooms need to be updated.

Condo on the beach was perfect

Our rental at Amelia by the Sea was even better than we anticipated. The condo had a well stocked kitchen and it was immaculate. There were beach towels, coolers and chairs too. Fabulous beach and fishing pier provided hours of activity. Balcony overlooked the beach and ocean. Can’t wait to come back
