Bright, Airy Oceanview Condo on Amelia Island!

Bright and stylishly decorated, this beautiful condo is located in the sought-after Terraces at Beachside complex on the north end of Amelia Island. The Terraces at Beachside is the closest oceanfront complex to the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach (only 1.8 miles) and short walks to the entrances of Fort Clinch State Park and Egan's Creek Greenway (0.25 mile or less to both).

Located right next to Main Beach, Amelia Island's most well-known beachfront park, the condo is perfectly tucked into quiet sand dunes while still being only steps from a couple beachy restaurants, a playground, putt-putt golf, sand volleyball courts, and a skate park, among other things. Sandbar, one of the restaurants, is just steps away and a great setting for lunch or dinner on the beach.

This 2nd floor condo has an open floor-plan that features a combined kitchen, dining and entertainment area that opens onto a private balcony with gorgeous ocean views. The main bedroom has a king size bed and attached full bath. All bath and bed linens are provided. Additional sleeping space is available in the main area with two sleeper sofas, one of them offering privacy by being set aside from the main living area with a sheer curtain to help separate the space.

The fully equipped kitchen has like-new appliances and will have everything you need for preparing meals. A second full bathroom is just off the kitchen. Wireless internet access and cable TV is provided for guests.

The Terraces at Beachside is a comfortable and intimate setting with 15 total units in this building. Guests enjoy pool and beach access just steps away. Other features of this well-maintained building include private covered parking (one reserved spot per unit), secure entrances locked 24/7, an elevator, interior hallways and sitting areas, a barbecue grilling area, and a storage closet for beach supplies and two bicycles for your use.

This condo is ideal for enjoying all that Amelia Island has to offer and we'd love to help plan your trip. Paradise!

This unit is phenomenal. My husband and I went for a week and this unit was immaculate. We couldn’t ask for anything better.Steps to the beach. Host thoughtful with supplies for the beach -wagon, chairs and bikes! Very impressed with this host. We will book again next year!!

The View!

The impeccably appointed apartment was clean with very comfortable furniture and a lot of seating options. The beach gear was also very well stocked including a wheeled cart to haul gear and a pop up shade tent, perfect for those long days of lolly-gagging at the beach. But most of all the unobstructed view to the ocean was outstanding, making long leisurely hours of sitting on the covered patio a joy. A short drive to food and shops only enhanced our experience.

Perfect for two!

My husband and I had a nice weekend getaway at the condo. It was very clean and well stocked. The furniture was very nice quality and the bed was really comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This owner thought of everything. The owner allowed access to their storage closet which included chairs, umbrella, bikes and paddle boards. She had posted in several places checkout process and tips for the tv. When the tips did not work, she immediately worked on it and got it corrected remotely. She had a welcome package including sweet treats and brochures. My only surprise was the quality of the hand soap and body soap. Small individual sizes of soap, shampoo and lotion would have been nice. The host and accommodation still deserve top ratings.

Pristine Beach Front Condo

We felt right at home in this beautiful, clean condo. The management company and owner were friendly and responsive. Everything we needed was provided: bikes, umbrellas, beach cart, chairs, even a beach ball! We came to rest, pray, and study, and this quiet unit was perfect for that too! My husband woke up each morning and walked straight to the beach, which was just a few feet away. We can’t wait to go back to this lovely place in charming Amelia Island.

Fabulous Stay!

I would highly recommend this condo. It was one of the best all-around vacation rentals that we have stayed in (and we have stayed at quite a few). The location was great - right on the beach and easy access to everything; quiet; very clean; furnished and stocked the way that you would do it if you owned it and were using it yourself - not the cheap silverware, pots and pans and junky stuff you often get in a vacation rental unit - plus plenty of nice towels (I'm so tired at being doled out one flimsy towel per guest at some places). The management company was an absolute pleasure to work with, and check-in/check-out could not have been easier. We absolutely loved this condo and will look forward to being able to stay there again.

Great trip

Condo was very clean and very roomy. We would stay here again. Great communication with management. Very convenient to downtown area. The only issue we had is someone vomited on our car from a balcony above. Took three washes to clean off after baking in the sun the next day. Great trip.

Reset, regroup on Fernandina Beach

We have stayed on the premises before, and it never disappoints. The condos are always spotless and well maintained. They were able to accommodate us with an early checkin as we had an early morning flight from Boston and were pretty tired on arrival. We appreciated that!

Quick get-away

Property was very clean and comfortable. The “beach closet” had everything needed for a day on the beach. We did not use the bikes but they looked brand new. Location was perfect for beach time or making quick trips to town for shopping and eating out.
