Just What We Needed

The condo is in great proximity to the beach. The walk was doable with two small kids and despite crossing a busy road, it never felt difficult or unsafe.The condo itself is a little outdated and felt dirty or not maintained. Some examples include one toilet if you didn’t pay attention, would keep running, the carpet seemed old/dirty, the patio was not swept and the furniture not comfortable. The beds and basic function of the condo were great and it was what we needed for a 5 day stay.

Great Place To Stay

This three bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. There were four of us - me, my 20 year daughter and niece and my college friend. We didn't spend a whole lot of time during the day in the condo, but it was plenty of space for the four of us. There was always plenty of hot water for showers, easy connection to wi-fi, once we figured out the right password and no internet issues once connected. I was able to text the host for the password issue and received a quick response. My daughter and niece were able to walk to and from the beach access point with no problems. It is a pet friendly condo and there were obvious signs that pets had been there previously - scratched baseboards, doors, a little pet hair here and there. It was very little and didn't bother me at all. But if you are not a pet person, this might bother you. The condo was overall very clean, but all pet owners know, it's very hard to get rid of all pet hair. If I am ever in this area again, I will definitely stay here again.

Forest Ridge

A bit musty upon entering. Nice furnishings and good communication with owner. Any lodging over 200 a night should provide tissues. This whole complex could use a spruce up! Power wash outside and new paint, some tree trimming too. Otherwise fine for a short out of season visit

Close to the beach

It was convenient to the beach and a 10 minute drive from the historic downtown area.The kitchen was well equipped, the bed comfortable and the wall decor lovely.I do not see an area for private feedback which is a missed opportunity.
