It is a nice condo. It is not on a high floor. And the balcony is on the side not directly on the rear of the building, but you can still see the ocean and pool. The balcony on the side of the building has a hidden advantage -- natural air conditioning. Whole foods is down the street. Just be careful driving, Floridians and I am sure alot of transplants do not seem to know how to drive. Both the beach and pool are beautiful. I was only there for two days so I couldnt take advantage of everything. However, I would/will come back again and rent this unit. The host has to have someone replace the internal toilet stopper. It runs a little bit and if you do not know how to "jiggle" the handle, water is being wasted. I know how to jiggle the handle -- you are welcome. Overall, great unit and location. Not sure how crowded the pool will get when it is really hot. If the pool is too crowded the beach is steps away. Just bring an umbrella and sunscreen.

It was perfect for my daughter and me. There were beach toys (we left a few extra) and towels for the pool and beach, which we did not bring any, so that is super helpful. The walk to the beach is so easy, and what a beautiful beach!

Overall good stay, the balcony was my absolute favorite, the view and atmosphere was great. The ease of getting to the beach and also the convenience of the pool were amazing, made our trip so enjoyable. There was an issue with the cleanliness, but I was able to contact the host and they responded immediately which was very appreciated. Loved Jacksonville, I told all my friends and family about this place and recommended it. Great stay!

Space was great and fit the trip perfectly, but the shower was dirty and drained very slowly, leaving you standing in dirty water, which was pretty gross. Otherwise, a cozy little spot!

Beautiful cozy beach condo. Exactly as described. Daniel was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Our stay did not work out (some construction and repainting that was unexpected). However, I do appreciate Daniel's flexibility, accommodations and cleanliness of condo!

What a lovely place for a beach escape! My husband and I stayed for five nights and found ourselves wishing for a place just like this one, so close to the beach. It was nice sitting outside on the balcony with our morning coffee. Thanks to our hosts for providing plenty of things most other rentals miss, like extra toilet paper and paper towels! There were also plenty of shower towels and beach towels. We did run into one issue with a broken beach chair, but the hosts fixed us up right away. Thanks for the stay! We highly recommend this place and will return the next time we're looking to escape to the beach!

Spring Break

We loved the location of the condo. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. My only complaints would be the pull out couch mattress( not very comfortable), and the pool area needs an update, especially the furniture.Overall though we would stay again. Thank you!

Generally a nice place

The condo was nice and directly on the beach but does not have an ocean view. The swimming pool was a bit small and the pool furniture is beat up. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and the condo is nice and bright inside. The only issues we had were a lack of drawer space, lack of soap and shampoo in the dispensers, very little toilet paper and a bathroom window that can’t be closed. Overall though, the advantages outweighed the disadvantages of the unit.
