This pet-friendly, 2nd-floor villa spans three levels and offers ocean views, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms—plenty of space for the whole family.

The main level features an open kitchen, marble floors, updated bathrooms, a spacious living room with plenty of seating, and an 8-seat dining table. Step onto the balcony in the morning for peaceful ocean and treetop views.

One level down, you'll find two bedrooms: one with a king bed and one with two twins. Both include TVs, closets, and a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Go down one more level to reach two additional king bedrooms. Each has large windows, a TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

You'll also have a full-size washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen for easy vacation living. One assigned carport space is included, and elevator access makes moving between floors simple.

Relax on the beach or by the ample Beach Walker outdoor pool, featuring a large deck and two oceanfront gazebos that boast amazing views. Guests also have access to bathrooms and the community grilling area.

This location offers everything you need for a care-free vacation—just park and unwind. During the busy season, we ask that each group limit parking to two vehicles so all guests have access to available spaces. Within the resort, explore parks, playgrounds, and amenities like free pickleball, basketball, and ping pong at Drummond Park. Stroll boardwalks along the salt marsh or catch a sunset at Walkers Landing. Enjoy spa services, boutique shopping, and dining at The Shops at Omni Amelia Island. Reservations of 2–21 nights through 10/31/26 at this property include a $35/night credit for select gear. Options vary by property and may include chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. To have gear ready on your first day, place your order by 2 PM the day before arrival. Orders placed after this cannot be delivered the next day, and same-day delivery is not available. Free delivery is included with purchases $30 over your credit; otherwise, a $10 delivery fee applies.
