This "Paradise By the C" is the perfect destination for your Amelia Island getaway. Completely renovated and very upscale, you’ll enjoy four spacious, oceanfront bedrooms, three bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a fully equipped, designer, open concept kitchen looking towards the ocean. You will have plenty of indoor dining space and a large beachfront deck, equipped for outdoor dining. Sit back and enjoy the sounds of the ocean while you have your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the relaxing lounge chairs.



With plenty of living space, this home sleeps up to ten guests comfortably. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed each in the second and third bedrooms, as well as a bunk bed with queen mattresses in the fourth bedroom. Wonderful premium linens are supplied for all bedrooms and bathrooms.



With amazing views, you will be able to experience the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets that the island has to offer. A short stroll on the boardwalk over the dunes takes you directly to the beach, and don't forget to take the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella located conveniently within the property for your use!



This home is the perfect place for large family gatherings or group get-togethers. A short drive will take you to great restaurants located on the south end of the island or to Historic Fernandina Beach on the north end of the island. When you are not relaxing with your toes in the sand, explore the island. Take a dive into the history of Amelia Island. You will agree, this is the perfect vacation rental where memories are made.



All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.



We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of Docusign.



Please note that the outside of this dwelling is under video surveillance. Guests are not permitted to tamper with or disable cameras.
