Welcome to your perfect short-term getaway—ideally located near Mayo Clinic, world-class golf communities, and the beautiful beaches of Ponte Vedra. This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath home offers comfort, entertainment, and relaxation for families, groups, or business travelers. This home is one story.

Access is for entire hme with the exception of the storage building in the back yard.

This is a Non Smoking property. There is a minimum of a $500.00 fine if property is found to have been smoked in.
Decor and landscape are subject to change with the season.

For bookings over 28 days a short term rental agreement and security deposit will be required.


PETS:
We warmly welcome 4 legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don`t like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviews our following guidelines and agree to them. Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under
20 lbs. or 1 dog under 40 lbs. If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it. There will be a $200.00 fee for a single dog over 40 lbs. Breed and age are needed and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol. NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs. Must be completely house trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance. In the event of a cancellation where a refund is due per the cancellation policy, funds will be reimbursed less the Stripe processing fees.

Traveling for a special occasion or need a hand preparing for your arrival? We gladly offer additional services to help make your arrival as relaxing as possible, or to highlight a special celebration or milestone you might be celebrating. Please inquire about availability and additional pricing for the following: Grocery delivery and stock - Send us a list and we can acquire the needed items for you and have them put away by the time you arrive, so you can start the relaxation immediately! Decor for special celebration or occasion, such as Bachelorette weekend, Babymoon, Honeymoon, Anniversary, or any other special time. Daily linen turndown and bathroom refresh These services are gladly provided when requested in advance. Fee will depend on number of guests, scope of needs, and length of stay. Please ask me about details and we`d love to help make your time with us as special as possible!

BEACH LIFE RENTALS- your one-stop shop for all of your beach rental and bike needs. Offering beach cruisers, children`s bikes & accessories, surfboards, boogie boards, skimboards, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas. We also offer delivery and pickup on beach and bicycle rentals.

I rented for two nights with my daughters for a girls’ getaway. Pretty, well appointed home. Lots of soft & comfortable touches. Loved the big couch for our movie night. Host was a great communicator & house was clean upon arrival. Furnishings were stylish & comfortable. Older home made to feel new. Backyard, landscaping & pool is nice (just know you are in earshot of highway). Great location for us otherwise (close to beach but also to shopping/restaurants)
