Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this renovated home and attached in-law suite offer the perfect group getaway just five miles from Jacksonville public beaches and coastal attractions like the pier, the Seawalk Pavilion, and the Beaches Museum. The Mayo Clinic is just down the road, making this a great choice for traveling nurses, and the University of North Florida is only six miles west so it's also an ideal choice for families visiting for graduations.

The main home and in-law suite have each been fully updated for modern comfort. Each space includes its own full kitchen. There's also a full-size fridge, an oven, and a sink on the screened patio, along with a cushioned patio set and a smart TV for a full outdoor living experience.

Home essentials include free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer in each home.

Wasn’t impressed

I left early on the morning of the 10th. Never stayed in the main house. Only use the mother-in-law suite. It was very understocked. Not enough towels, dishes, pots, and pans. Actually it had almost no pots and pans.The unit had a musty chemical smell to it. I get it been closed up for a long time and had mold somewhere.. Even though I could smell the chemicals from the bug spray. There was still cockroaches. For the amount of money that was charged for this. It was not worth it. For the same amount of money I could’ve stayed at the Hilton.

We did not realize how close we were to the beach. Excellent location and numerous shops around close by. We even got a couple of rounds of golf in as well.
