Introducing 1362 Shipwatch, a breathtaking 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo boasting lovely renovations, most recently including kitchen, dining area, and main bedroom upgrades in 2023. The two-level oceanfront villa has a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen combination that is perfect for entertaining or family gatherings. It even has a built-in wet bar located just off the kitchen and living area. The large balcony overlooks the ocean and green space in the Shipwatch Villas, a nicely manicured complex in the exclusive, gated Amelia Island Plantation community.

Guests will enjoy the property's incredibly convenient location, which provides easy access to dune-swept beaches, the Shipwatch complex pool (heated in the winter months), and a cookout area for picnicking.

All three bedrooms have full private baths and are located on the downstairs level, offering peace and quiet apart from the main living space for those travelers who like to sleep longer than their loved ones on their beach getaway.

The main bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and full attached bathroom with a renovated, walk-in shower. The second bedroom is very similar, providing a second main suite for couples traveling together. It has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and full attached bathroom as well, with a separate vanity for getting ready outside of the water closet with the walk-in shower.

For families needing a bathtub, the third bedroom has a tub/shower combination in the attached bathroom and two double beds with a flat-screen TV as well. For your convenience, there is a laundry area on the downstairs level with a LG HE washer and dryer.

All fresh bed linens are provided for our guests, along with bath and beach towels. Cable and high-speed wifi access are complimentary.

When it is time for meals, the fully-equipped kitchen has all major appliances, necessary cookware, and new dinnerware, flatware, and glassware. Beautiful water views are served all day while guests prep and fix their plates.

Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered nearby at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. The closest golf courses are Little Sandy and Oak Marsh but there are many other nice courses in the area.
