Sunny Florida home with a pool

Enjoy a stylish experience at this beautiful home that is 16 minutes from the beach, 15 mins from Mayo Clinic and downtown. This home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, porch, and swimming pool. The living room has a couch that unfolds to a bed. The pool has a screen room around it to keep all the bugs out. There is a smart TV in each bedroom and living room. The house also includes high speed internet and a fence around the private backyard. You can enjoy a nice cookout in the backyard.
The property is equipped with Ring doorbell that is always on and recording, as well as noise detection device.

Holidays!

The place was very nice inside- my only drawback was the lack of cooking supplies/ and that is something I should have confirmed before I came- so not anyone’s fault! I wanted to cook a lasagna - but there were no pots to make a sauce or boil water for pasta and no trays to actually make the lasagna - but we figured it out! We thought things from Publix- I am familiar with Jacksonville- though not all the areas-I might have picked something a little closer to my mom’s living facility- but again- that was on me/ it all worked out- we rented a car so another 5-7 mins in the car was fine! The place was very comfortable and clean

Relaxing Vacation

Upon arriving, I was very empressed with the check in process. It was flawless. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. It was quiet and very private. The pool was very inviting and the hammock was amazing. Everything was clean and because of the washer and Dryer I was able to take clean clothes back home. I would recommend this property to couples alone, families, girl trips, guy trips, and all in between. The host was friendly and answered all questions within 10 minutes.

Beautiful Home Away From Home

We flew into Jacksonville 3 days early before our cruise. We loved this VRBO - it was clean and well-stocked as far as coffee and dishes - we loved the pool although it was kinda chilly in April - but we used the floats and pool noodles provided and really had fun. Quiet neighborhood as well. Very comfortable and safe there!

Nice stay but not exactly what we expected

You never know exactly what you get until you get there has always been our view of VRBO. This one wasn’t any different. Online it says pool and hot tub is also marked. Well there was a pool but can you imagine the temperature in January? So of course we were searching the hot tub. None to be found. I was told VRBO must have put it on there themselves. Well regardless the neighborhood wasn’t horrible but I grew up in a mill town. I’m used to cars in the street. The only issue was when we tried to watch the new years fireworks, the neighbor was lighting up something that I wasn’t inhaling. So we just went back in the house. Over all it was not a bad place but we might stay further south from now on.

Nice duplex with a pool. Close to cruise port and nice place to stay a couple of days before cruising.
