  • 2 Bedroon mobile home on a nice shaded lot in quiet neighborhood (not a subdivision). Close to the beaches, Jacksonville, airport, Jacksonville Zoo, Cumberland Island, GA,
    St. Mary’s, GA, St. Simons & Jeckle Islands. Please pick up after your pets. NO PARTIES! Must be 25 to book. We do have space to park trailers, boats, etc. but we ask that you let us know if need extra parking so we can accommodate for your needs

Gwen’s place is great! It has everything you need for a great stay! It’s quiet & comfortable, close to all kinds of things to do & see! Gwen has a manual with ideas & things to do in the area- super helpful!! We hope she’ll let us book with her again!

The property was clean and very quiet. It has everything on site for a comfortable stay. I was in town for work for a week and staying here was much more pleasant and less expensive than staying in a local hotel for a week.

Clean and adorable

The host was amazing and I loved the property we stayed in. It was very clean and quiet but still accessible to local features and attractions.

The place was clean and comfortable. The place was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the privacy. If felt like we were in the country, but we were in the town. It was an easy drive to shopping centers and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

As always, staying at Gwen's VRBO is a treat. Quiet, secure neighborhood, property clean, lots of space and amenities, and close to Fernandina Beach, while still maintaining a rural feel, and Gwen could not be friendlier or more welcoming.How much do I like staying here? I have already booked for next year!

Great Property

Property was great! Clean, had all necessities, inviting atmosphere. Host was accurate in description and made sure we had no issues during our stay. I highly recommend! We will stay again if in the area.

Gwen's a great host. This was our third overnight between the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC and Pine Island. The only issue I can think of is the size of the bed.

Exactly what me and the dog needed.Fenced in front and back yards.Everything was super clean. Ceiling fans and multiple mini-split AC units to easily cool things down. Enjoyed the stay! We’ll be back.

We enjoyed the privacy and the fencing for our pet. Watching the squirrels were entertaining. It was clean and had what you would need for a getaway

Very nice everything what was listed was correct? Nice and quiet and enjoy the roosters walking around. Good for my dog with a nice fencein yard
