“This place was kind of scary. It is in an apartment building with sketchy elevators, unsecured entrances, & questionable residents. The place was also infested with Asian lady beetles. We went out and got some bug spray and a broom to tackle the problem but they came back with a vengeance. When we contacted VRBO they tried to get in touch with the host for a couple of hours with no luck. We ended up with only a partial refund as we obviously ended up having to leave.”

“The room was very cute and updated. Clean and just like the pics. Host has done a great job with the updates. On the 15th floor of an old building that has somewhat been remodeled.The elevators are not that great and actually either someone removed the inspection certificate or the inspection expired in September of last year. The building itself kinda gives me the creeps. I am glad I didn't travel alone. As soon as we got off of the elevator, there was a man inside one of the apartments...

“The location near Noccalula Fall where my kids had a competition was great. However, there was not a full set of bedding for the futon, it’s not an actual double bed size, it’s more child size which isn’t specified. My 12 and 13 yr old could not both fit. When we laid the futon down it was full of crumbs and chips which we had to wipe out for them to sleep on it. Each night shortly after going to bed the smell pulled in from outside was drug usage and it could be smelled on multiple floors with...

“We need only 2 bedrooms and a bath while we celebrate Christmas with the family. It is clean and comfortable. We have rented in the Tower before and will again.”

“The room itself was very clean. The hostess responded very quickly. The beds were comfortable. However, this was not like any place I’ve ever stayed in. That might be my fault, but I think of VRBO as vacation spots. The area was sketchy. The bottom floor had a terrible smell. The kitchen was small for cooking and preparing breakfast. There was no place to eat. The bedroom was a little warm. Although the site said there was a washer/dryer, it was on the first floor and $1.75 in quarters.”

“This is an old apartment building. The building itself could have been cleaner, but the apartment we occupied was clean. I had to fix the toilet so that it would flush - the chain had fallen off the flush mechanism which was rusted through. The king bed had a nice divot which kept us on our own side of the bed all night. The stairway door at the end of the 15th floor hall was locked which should be a fire violation.”

“Had a great stay here along with hiking in the area. Host left a nice card, homemade banana bread & a well stocked kitchen with snacks & water too! Beautifully decorated. The local road noise & trains lulled us to sleep. I would recommend.”
