“Surf Sounds was THE PERFECT house for our stay in Emerald Isle!! My two teenagers appreciated the 2nd bedroom having two full beds, and we all slept well on the mattresses! The house was very clean, the linens were in good shape (and smelled nice!), and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was a perfect location to get to the beach - as close to oceanfront as you can get without paying oceanfront prices! “Our stay was perfect! Attention to every detail of a tent, wagon, and chairs, beach games/basement games and lovely fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and spotlessly clean home made this stay dreamy for an active teen kids family with dog. But the best part was the 4 porches of waterway marsh AND ocean views. We could have spent all of our time rotating through porches and the different views. Thank you so much!”

“Pros: House was the perfect size for my husband and our 3 daughters. The location and proximity to the beach is amazing and made bathroom trips and cooler refills so easy. “House was on the older side and small but perfect for what we wanted as a quiet family beach getaway. A few minute trip to the beach. We enjoyed the dock and paddle boards and fished every morning and night. Beds were a little uncomfortable but served the purpose for the vacation. The cleaning before we got there could have been better but overall a great trip!”
