“We loved this charming house on the river! We attended a family reunion in the area and it was a wonderful location and so lovely to be near the running river and take a dip in the refreshing water. My only recommendation would be to add in the initial listing that there is a caretaker on property. That isn't listed on the listing and I didn't know about it until the check in instructions came. “My friends and I came up to Vermont to enjoy the fall colors over a weekend. The unit is situated on a golf course near Wilmington. Our stay was very comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the fireplace, and the convenience of having a stockpile of firewood available. The host, Nicole, was very responsive with questions / communication which we really appreciated. Overall, we loved our stay here and would recommend this property. Thanks for having us!”
