NO PARTIES! NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED! We take pride in our community and most of our neighbors are residents. We promote a family atmosphere and hope to be good stewards of our community. Please do not bring any disruptive behavior to the neighborhood. It's a beautiful property and you will have a lot of fun - you can easily explore some of Costa Rica's best natural treasures from here.

Please note that prior to arrival a contract will be sent by the property manager. This is mandatory for all guests to ensure the community rules are understood. Passports/ID's will be required to check-in.

Occupancy - The property is intended for 4 adults and up to 4 children. If you have a group size that doesn't conform to this please message us in advance of booking. This is not a party house - no parties allowed.
