“This was a spacious property to accommodate a girls trip. The property is beautiful and gives you beach access directly across the street. The water was hot and the pool clean. Shopping and dining are within walking distance. Miro mountain is near the house with a beautiful overlook especially at sunset. The house could stand a good spring cleaning but the caretaker is available for any issues (we didn’t have any). ”

The house was fully equipped and every bedroom had air conditioning that worked well. “The property was very clean and the home layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults. AC in every room made it super comfortable. The plunge pool in the backyard was nice, but we didn't use it much since the larger community pool was just steps away -- we used that a ton since it had lots of space and wasn't too crowded. From the house to the gates was about a 5 minute walk, and then an additional 12-15 minute walk to the center of Jaco -- but Uber's were also super easy to get. I'd recommend...

“It’s located right in the heart of Jaco. It’s a short walk to everything. They do a great job of keeping up the grounds and it fun seeing iguanas walking around. There is a 24 hr restaurant next door and the grocery store with an ATM is right there as well. Super convenient. The unit was nicely decorated and I loved the large balcony. “House is great and great location for us. We had a full time driver and everyday went on different adventures. The house is only 14 minutes from Downtown Jaco and 45 minutes to Quepos. Only had one issue - the house lost water for around 6 hours - but it was a city issue not just the house. I'd do it again.”
