“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.”

“We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!”

“Everything was very good. Check in gentleman was not easy to understand and the directions I asked for went unnoticed as I could not understand him. Plus he failed to recognize me as a member. Room and hotel very nice and clean. Check out woman was very professional and helpful.”

“Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.”

“Convinient walkable location but no parking on site unless you vallet. Also no breakfast restaurant onsite, they have a nice coffee shop with to grab breakfast options. But i wish they had a proper order to cook sit down restaurant for breakfast. Room was big and spacious. Gym was good. Above average hotel”

“Very reasonable rate. Staff was very accommodating if putting me in a nice room. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel with many options. Staff at breakfast was very helpful and attentive to any needs. Not to mention, being iconic as being the building from the opening scene of WKRP in Cincinnati!! Also, an easy walk to Great American Ballpark!”

“It was a wonderful room. Breakfast was late for us. We are awake at 6 am. Breakfast was at 9. We were out of the hotel by 8 am.”

“Hotel Celare is a great hotel at the edge of the University of Cincinnati main campus. It was modern, clean and comfortable. Very convenient when visiting UC. Highly recommend!”

“It’s ok . But they didn’t fixed the notes what we gave them for 2 days. They didn’t make clean up the room and fixed the beds or change the bathroom tiles”

“The standard in the room was over average, breakfast was included so i can’t complain, but it was more options at the weekend. The manager and staff were great and cared for the ones who stayed there ☺️ ”

“We were over charged for the room rate by $86, the pool was out of order which was highly inconvenient, the front door staff weren’t super friendly, and the tv wasn’t functioning. I’ll definitely book somewhere else next time.”
