“The room is spartan, but clean. The kitchen would be difficult to cook a meal in as it's very small and there is the bare minimum cooking equipment, but for making a little breakfast and a mid day snack is totally adequate. You really can't beat the location. Especially if you're into wind sports as door is at most 50m to the water! “Clean room, plenty of outlets, ac runs cold. Nice open outside common area/kitchen. Only recommendation would be to have more than 1 pillow on the bed when reservation is for 2 people. Had to use clothes for pillow. Overall highly recommend. ”
