Clean and comfy. The room was quite big and comfortable though the lighting inside the room could be better. There was 2 dining options in the hotel and quite a range of options walking distance. It is one of the hotel that is quite convenient if you are not driving, there are bus stop and MRT station just on the main road.

バスウエイやメトロの停留所から近く、目の前にはデパートや少し歩いたら日本食を扱うスーパーなどがあり、立地が良いです。ホテルの建物全体・1階のレストランの天井・部屋など、さまざまなところにアートが描かれておりにぎやかで楽しいです。 部屋に冷蔵庫やセキュリティーボックス、ペットボトルの水などもあり、設備も一通り揃っており、生活感もあります。たまたまなのかドライヤーがなかったので、ぜひ一部屋に一つは置いて欲しいと思います。

Great modern, clean & convenient hotel!staf and manager excellent - doubled length of stay but forgot to press breakfast included (it’s yummy) so they matched o line price even though my mistake - so helpful and fluent in English for great assistance ! Gym for boosts near my but no pool.

excellent stay
excellent location near the national monument and close to BRT and bus links. Main railway station is a 30 min walk away. Hotel was in excellent location with each room have different art work. Breakfast and restaurant provide excellent quality food. Shower was great , bed very comfortable. Staff very helpful and kind was being very professional

Convenable, une climatisation avec un moteur qui siffle, donc j’ai arrêter la clim . De l’eau qui s’évacue mal dans la douche et quand vous êtes au 6ème étage vous avez de la musique du bar jusqu'à 12h pm (minuit) pour le reste ok. Un petit-déjeuner que pour les asiatiques donc pour du beurre ils connaissent pas ! En France ca reste un hôtel propre , classique mais sans étoiles. Bon marché ok.

I like Artotel and have stayed there several times. The staff is very friendly, the property clean and has nice vibe. I had dinner in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent. I did not find the bed very comfortable, however, and the breakfast buffet was not very good. Probably they are still adjusting to post covid conditions.

Cosy and friendly right in the city
Love the location. Really in the heart of the city. Walking distance to major shopping centres and the mrt. During the big floods of 1st Jan 2020 Artotel was not in the affected area and this is a major plus point. Room was clean & cosy. The Nespresso machine & free tit bits was a nice surprise. Love that it had a hair dryer & an ironing board in the room. The buffet breakfast was a major thumbs up from day one. The spread varies and we simpy love the aglio olio, porridge, waffles, local food that were served. The staff were super friendly and this adds on to the value of the hotel. We will definitely return to stay when we come back to Jkt.

I loved it. Great location, great service. Only wish they had more western selection on the breakfast menu. Other than that, it was a really great experience and would definitely come back again

Wonderful stay, really enjoyed myself!
I had a great stay! Food was good, drinks was alcoholic just the way I like it and the bartenders were extremely friendly especially Upay and Bonnie! Thank you Artotel for the wonderful time.
