Deliberately watered down hand soap, body wash and shampoo - very cheap
On a very hot day the room the Ac was not turned on even to the highest temp setting - room was musty and humid
Unlike some Holiday inns - no nice air refresher in common areas
Lack of pride in work

Furnisher worn and unkempt
I observed no staff tidying up in between guest use

The staff was the best aspect of the hotel. Generally good natured. warm and helpful
Overall impression
Management seems invested in cost cutting and it shows everywhere. The quality is subpar for the brand
