They have a free shuttle and it is easy to communicate with the driver through WhatsApp. Also, we arrived late (09:00PM), and the restaurant was still opened. We had some pastas which were delicious, as well as some creme brulee and fried bananas. Food was excellent, and they served wine which is always a challenge to find in Indonesia. Bedroom was fine with two twin beds and a good size bathroom. However, they only gave us one key for two guests which is always a challenge to get in and out the elevator/bedroom. Breakfast was included and had all kind of Asian dishes but also the possibility to get eggs the way you like them, and pancakes. It has an outside swimming pool we didn't have time to enjoy. Despite from being really close to the airport and highway, it's been pretty quiet

Happy that this time I was given a room that wasn't facing the highway otherwise would be bothered by the noise. One thing to improve is the cleanliness in the toilet, there were ants around the sink area. Hotel staff were nice, they provided a car to drive me to the airport when I missed the mini bus.

Excellent stay near the airport
We had an excellent stay, barely ten minutes away from Jakarta airport. Airport transfer was a bonus, the driver was very communicative and stayed in contact via WhatsApp to pick us up. Drop off was great too. Hotel staff at front desk was great, they allowed us early check in. Overall, great stay!

Comfortable hotel close to the airport
Comfortable hotel for one night of rest between our long flight from Europe and our flight on to Sumatra the next day. Free airport shuttle provided by the hotel, only 15 min drive so very convenient.

Ruime schone kamer met goede douche en comfortabel bed. Vriendelijke probleemoplossende receptionisten. Gezamenlijk vervoer terug naar de luchthaven is ook inbegrepen en vertrekt 1 x per uur. In ons geval vertrok deze shuttle op het gemelde tijdstip. Tweetal liften is tamelijk traag en niet gebruiksvriendelijk vanwege het plastic kaart systeem. Duidelijke bewegwijzering naar liften, pool en spa ontbreekt op de begane grond. Receptionisten zouden ongevraagd nog wat extra basisinformatie kunnen geven zoals waar de liften en de pool zich bevinden en tot hoe laat restaurant en pool geopend zijn, etc. Personeel van spa / massagecentrum kwam lui / niet proactief over. Het was onmogelijk om na binnenlopen direct een massage te krijgen. Luieren, eten en uitrusten had voor het massagepersoneel meer prioriteit dan het bieden van adequate service richting de hotelgast. Dit verwacht men niet in een dergelijk hotel. Gelukkig werd de melding ervan goed opgepakt door de receptionist. Kwaliteit van de à la carte gerechten in het restaurant kan verfijnder en de service in het restaurant kan sneller.

Fabulous new hotel.
Clean, friendly, welcoming, delicious food. No alcohol on premises (but they will assist with ordering in). Previously stayed at FM7 which was not pleasant. Hotel 101 was definitely a great alternative. I upgrade to Sky Suite which was just incredible value and highly recommended. Only criticism the gym is extremely small and basic. A bike and free weights only. Shuttle drivers were patient and accommodating when it came to delays.

Perfect for an overnight but a sketchy area to walk. The hotel free pickup shuttle is challenging to find and it’s unlikely you will find the pickup spot. The phone number given for the driver when called said the number didn’t accept calls…so we took a cab. The shuttle back to the airport was seemless and really convenient. The hotel needs to do better at explaining where customers catch the free shuttle. Rooms were really nice and the beds and pillows were great.

I called 2 days earlier to arranged airport pick up and they never show up. The only reason I picked this hotel was for free airport transfer, so it was really disappointed. I had to called for a taxi instead.
